You will be assisting to shapes the team vision, roadmap and steers the team in the delivering in minimum viable product (MVP). You are responsible for driving value in data science products that will address the most complex commercial and operational challenges. You own the product end-to-end from identification and prioritization of problems to communication of end results within the business and measuring the business value of results. You work in a cross-functional role, acting as a bridge between technical and business roles. Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced semiconductor manufacturing professional to lead global business process standardization initiatives across all GLOBALFOUNDRIES manufacturing sites. This role will drive the development, alignment, and deployment of standardized manufacturing and quality-related business processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence across the enterprise. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operations, quality systems, fab business processes, and cross-functional program management. They will work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT, and site leadership teams to understand current-state practices, define future-state global standards, and lead end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives. The role requires the ability to influence stakeholders globally, facilitate alignment among diverse fabs, manage process harmonization efforts, and drive organizational adoption of standardized processes and systems.
