We are looking for a Principal Technical Development Program Manager to lead and scale our technical development programs. You will align technical training, career development, and technical leadership with the company's engineering roadmap and technical career ladders, shape program strategy, set governance and standards, and lead programs end to end across regions. You will architect, expand, and continually sharpen the portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, learning science, and technical development expertise with a strong understanding of engineering organizations, earns the trust of senior technical leaders, and delivers measurable impact at scale.
