YOUR ROLE
- Sustain and improve process performance, including quality, yield, customer complaints, and lot hold rate
- Support production to meet WWS targets
- Update and maintain process documentation, including specifications, SOP, FMEA, and process control plans
- Provide technical support for critical quality issues related to material and process
- Ensure processes remain within control limits using SPC
- Transfer knowledge from NPI to production for new products and technologies
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in FOL process will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with process control experience; fresh graduates may be considered
- Knowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, and 8D
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels
