Product Manager, Order Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and success of the Order Management system. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and optimizations. Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed and make recommendations for staying ahead of the curve. Communicate with stakeholders, including upper management, to provide updates on product performance and gather feedback for future improvements. Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for the Order Management system. Lead testing and quality assurance efforts for new features and enhancements.
