Job Description: The Program Director will lead Parsons’ business development, customer engagement, opportunity shaping, and future program execution activities in the Philippines. This will be a US based position and as business requirements progress, the selected individual may eventually serve as Parsons’ primary in-country representative and will support the company’s growth strategy across Philippine government, defense, infrastructure, technology, and related public-sector markets.
The successful candidate will develop trusted, ethical, and compliant relationships with Philippine government and defense stakeholders, U.S. Government stakeholders, industry partners, and other relevant organizations. The individual will identify emerging requirements, shape opportunities before formal procurement, align customer needs with Parsons’ capabilities, and position the company for successful capture and program delivery.
