Program Manager

THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Sr. Program Manager to support the Office of the Chief Marketing Officer. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will execute strategic marketing initiatives from scoping through delivery, while serving as a connector for cross-functional partners. You will keep priorities, timelines, and outcomes aligned with broader marketing objectives. You will bring structure and discipline to a fast-moving environment and deliver with precision, accountability, and a high standard of quality for AMD's marketing leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging a disciplined business review cadence to track progress against objectives, surface risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment
• Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations, summaries, and communications for the Chief Marketing Officer, senior leadership, and the broader marketing organization
• Coordinate leadership events and meetings, including internal and external engagements for the Chief Marketing Officer
• Partner with Finance and HR to align marketing priorities, budgets, and governance
• Identify risks and roadblocks early, escalate when needed, and drive issues to resolution
• Continuously improve processes, templates, and tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to increase efficiency and accountability
