Job Description:

SyberJet Aircraft is seeking a Weights & Balance Engineer with strong experience in aircraft weight management and center-of-gravity (CG) analysis. The candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling aircraft weight and balance across all programs, supporting new designs, modifications, and certification activities while working closely with project engineers, discipline leads, and cross-functional teams. This role blends technical ownership, project oversight, and regulatory compliance, and is ideally suited for a weights engineer who understands the full aircraft lifecycle, from early conceptual design through certification and continued operational safety, and who has direct experience supporting FAA Part 23 and/or Part 25 aircraft programs.
