Overall Role Purpose
The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for maintaining the Quality Assurance Audit Programme, identifying areas of non-compliance and opportunities for improvement, monitoring corrective actions, and promoting a positive Safety, Quality, Security, and Just Culture across the organization. The role supports the effective implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by conducting audits and inspections to assess compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and DHL Air (Bahrain) policies and procedures. The incumbent will provide independent assurance on operational compliance, identify risks, and support the development of corrective and preventive actions to enhance organizational performance and regulatory compliance.
