Summary of Role: GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 in Malta, New York is seeking a talented and motivated Test Engineering Intern to support the Reliability Engineering team in advanced technology reliability characterization. The intern will contribute to wafer-level and package-level reliability testing, test automation, equipment operation, and data delivery while collaborating with FEOL, BEOL, and Product Reliability engineering teams.
