Internship Program Overview: Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with a meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. As an intern at GF, you’ll experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.
Summary of Role: This internship is a project-based role focused on understanding GF technologies and conducting competitive analysis. This internship position will be based out of and support our Santa Clara, CA location.
Essential Responsibilities include: · Understand key GF technology offerings · Review key customer product portfolios and engage with subject matter experts to analyze where GF technologies are a good fit · Review customer and competitor press releases, earnings calls, and financial statements and present competitive analysis · Read market reports and perform market analysis · Assist team in daily business processes and long-range planning · Communicate status and target dates for milestones and task activities · Support Account Managers with business initiatives, analysis, and client-facing needs · Participate in business reviews, sales meetings, strategy meetings, and supply meetings
