Job Description

Under moderate supervision, responsible for supporting the sales process by assisting in managing quote and purchase order processes, accounts receivable, and supporting project management initiatives designed to improve overall sales performance. The Sales Operations Analyst II may include responsibilities within the internal-facing team (POs, quotes, CRM, ERP), external-facing Capital delivery management, or spare parts and marketing functions.

Assist in designing and implementing initiatives that streamline the sales cycle and enhance sales effectiveness. Assist in minor enhancements to CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g., SAP) systems to support sales processes. Collaborate with finance and account management teams to help facilitate timely invoicing and payment processing while addressing basic billing inquiries. Help utilize data analytics tools to create basic reports that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency. Participate in various projects related to quoting, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and contracts, ensuring smooth operations and communication with key stakeholders. Support cross-functional teams in processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Assist in the creation and distribution of accurate quotes to customers, ensuring timely responses and alignment with pricing and contractual terms.
