Competitive wages – starting rate: $30.62; top rate: $34.50 per hour + shift premiums); WEEKEND SHIFT - 12 hours Saturday and Sunday, plus 8 hours during work week (plus weekend shift premium); Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire; Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached; Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales; Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation; An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance); Employee Discount programs are available for all employees; Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas; This posting is for an existing vacancy; AI is not used to review our applicants.
