Senior Analyst, Corporate Business Development

Entegris is seeking a Senior Analyst, Corporate Business Development to support the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and strategic investments. This role offers broad exposure to corporate strategy, transaction execution, and senior business leaders across the company.

As a member of a small, collaborative Corporate Business Development team, the Senior Analyst will contribute throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role includes market and company research, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, management presentations, integration and separation planning, and portfolio strategy. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with curiosity, sound judgment, and an ability to work effectively across functions.
