Here’s the Gist: Work to support the Mohawk Valley process flow integration. Work on complex problems and drive consensus and solutions in response to critical events. Build out process improvement plans and implement the same.

The Day-to-Day

• Monitor key device attributes (in-line CD/thickness, PCM testing, probe parameters, etc.) to ensure process and device health.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
• Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. equipment, process, flows, product, etc.).
• Respond to deviations in the production line and customer concerns and drive to root cause.
• Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.
• Support disposition and decision making in a 24x7 operation.
