Design and manage infrastructure powering cutting-edge quantum computers while optimizing security, automation, and reliability across on-premises and cloud environments.
Atom Computing is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to drive innovation at the intersection of infrastructure, security, and advanced computing. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and maintain the systems and networks that power our cutting-edge quantum computing environment. You’ll work across both on-premises and cloud infrastructure—ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance through thoughtful automation and robust security practices.
As a key member of the IT organization reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, physicists, and developers to enable seamless operation of research and corporate systems. This position requires both technical depth and a hands-on approach to system design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
