About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to be a strategic finance partner to our business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on role that owns the operating model, rolling forecasts, daily cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and variance analysis, while supporting our capital markets needs.
You bring strong analytical rigor, sound business judgment, and experience across capital markets and hands-on operating environments. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), Sales, Operations and the executive team to turn financial insight into business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Partner with finance leadership on annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts, driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Ops, and EPD
- Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational reviews with leadership
- Own the bottoms-up 3-statement operating model with driver-based assumptions and scenario planning
- Build and deliver executive and board-level reporting packages
