ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager, Learning and Development designs and delivers programs that help sales teams and increasingly the broader organization build the capabilities, confidence, and tools needed to perform at their best. This role combines sales training, coaching, event coordination, and performance development with a growing remit across general learning and development, extending proven enablement practices beyond the sales function.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a growth mindset, strong facilitation skills, and practical experience applying Korn Ferry methodology to develop talent and capabilities across the organization.

The role also requires strong leadership, execution excellence, and project management capabilities to drive multiple strategic initiatives, align stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
