The 2nd Shift Senior Manager, Manufacturing, ensures a safe, high-quality continuous improvement culture in a growing semiconductor capital equipment environment. This role requires managing multiple complex priorities simultaneously with a 'hands-on' style, exemplifying leadership in developing the team through coaching and employee development, and directing production activities of in-house manufacturing resources on second shift while meeting safety, quality, on time delivery and cost objectives. The 2nd shift hours are 3:30pm-12am, with the Senior Manager potentially coming in earlier based on business needs.
