At Lumilens we are building the connectivity platform for AI infrastructure: 800G and 1.6T pluggable optical transceivers for scale-out networks, and near-packaged (NPO) and co-packaged optics (CPO) for scale-up. Every product is built on LumiCore, our in-house platform spanning silicon photonics, mixed-signal ICs, electrical-optical interposers, and optical systems, engineered for high-volume manufacturing from day one.

Founded in early 2024 and headquartered in San Jose, California, Lumilens emerged from stealth in August 2026 with more than $900 million raised, including a $700 million+ Series C at a $5.51 billion valuation co-led by Atreides Management, Bain Capital Ventures, Meritech, Seligman Ventures, and Spark Capital, with participation from Mayfield, Qualcomm Ventures, Peak XV, Redpoint Ventures, EDBI, and others. Our first scale-out product is qualified and shipping into production AI data centers under a multi-billion-dollar hyperscaler agreement.

THE ROLE

This individual contributor role owns tax compliance for Lumilens’ Singapore entities, with a primary focus on Customs, GST, and transfer pricing, and support on corporate income tax. The role is fully hands-on with no direct reports: you will personally prepare returns, computations, reconciliations, permit reviews, and documentation, not only review advisors’ work, while partnering with supply chain, operations, legal, and US finance and tax leadership to build scalable tax processes and controls.
