Senior Operations Analyst, Digital and Technology Transformation

The D&T Transformation Senior Analyst plays a central role in advancing Delta's digital and AI-enabled transformation agenda, partnering with the D&T Transformation General Manager, Director, and team to drive cross-functional modernization efforts across the department. This role sits at the intersection of emerging technology, business strategy, and operational execution helping identify where AI, automation, and digital tooling can meaningfully improve how D&T operates. The Analyst supports ideation, socialization, and initiation of complex programs spanning generative AI adoption, intelligent automation, data-driven decision making, and broader technology-enabled transformation, for both short- and long-term initiatives. This individual works across departments and with external technology partners to investigate opportunities and build the alignment needed to move fast on emerging tech initiatives across the Delta enterprise.
