As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our retail platform, a critical component of our business that directly impacts the satisfaction of our customers. We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in product management and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality products to market. If you have a keen eye for detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a drive for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!\n\nDevelop and maintain a product roadmap for the retail platform, outlining key initiatives and timelines to ensure the continuous improvement of its quality and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer service, to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and customer preferences, and use this information to drive product enhancements and improvements. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the retail platform and identify areas for improvement. Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch support. Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all features and enhancements are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively identify and address any issues or defects in the retail platform, working with the appropriate teams to implement solutions and prevent future occurrences.
