Senior Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager

NVIDIA Operations is seeking an experienced Business Transformation professional to join the Supply Chain Business Transformation organization! This role partners with Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, IT, Data & AI teams to define business strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver scalable digital capabilities across the end-to-end hardware supply chain.
As a Senior Supply Chain Business Transformation Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business collaborators and technology teams, ensuring solutions solve real operational problems while improving customer experience, scalability, and business performance. You will lead initiatives from business problem definition through solution design, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain Operations, including Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Repair Operations, Service Supply Chain, Returns (RMA), and Customer Operations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities, operational problems, and process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Redesign business processes and operating models to improve efficiency, scalability, visibility, automation, and customer experience.
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined capabilities, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Partner with IT, Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Analytics teams to design and deliver enterprise solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI, advanced analytics, and automation capabilities that improve operational decision-making and workforce productivity.
- Champion modern digital supply chain capabilities including Control Towers, Supply Chain Visibility, Planning Transformation, Data Platforms, Predictive Analytics, AI-assisted Operations
- Define business benchmarks and success metrics while ensuring solutions deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Lead change management activities including business readiness, process adoption, communications, and user enablement.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve supply chain performance.
