Service Owner – Infrastructure & Security Services

Role Purpose The Service Owner - Infrastructure & Security Services is accountable for the global strategy, service ownership, governance, operational performance and continual improvement of critical infrastructure and security capabilities delivered through the Global Capability Center (GCC). The role owns end-to-end service outcomes for Workplace Services, Observability & Monitoring, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Disaster Recovery & Technology Resilience, and Vulnerability Management. Working with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Global Infrastructure, Business IT, Engineering, Manufacturing IT and strategic partners, this leader will establish services that protect intellectual property, support engineering productivity and strengthen operational resilience across a complex global semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities 1. Global Service Ownership & Strategy

• Own the global service strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, governance and performance of the assigned Infrastructure and Security services.
• Define service vision, operating model, standards, controls, KPIs, SLAs and OLAs aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps, investment plans and continual-improvement backlogs.
• Balance resilience, security, user experience, cost, compliance and speed in service decisions.
• Act as the senior escalation and decision point for material service risks, major operational issues and cross-functional dependencies.
