Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Section Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.

The Lab Operations Department is seeking a Section Manager to functionally lead a team of Lab Designers, supporting the SC3 IPT in Melbourne, FL. This is a dual role Section Manager (Functional Role) and Individual contributor (Program Role).

Functional Role and Responsibilities include: The successful candidate must be an autonomous leader who can support their business requirement and provide organizational expertise that will help their team understand the T&E organization's vision and principles, build a culture that empowers and motivates individual excellence, and establish functional homeroom shared accountability for program/project performance.
