Help take Intel's Assembly and Test factories toward autonomous, lights-out manufacturing by deploying automation and supporting factory startups and tech transfers across Malaysia sites.
Job Description: Enable the Future of Autonomous Manufacturing Intel's Assembly and Test Manufacturing (ATM) organization is accelerating its journey toward autonomous, lights-out manufacturing. We are seeking a Site Automation Integrator to support the deployment, integration, and adoption of automation solutions that improve factory efficiency, quality, and operational performance across Intel's manufacturing network.
In this role, you will work closely with factory operations, engineering, IT, and automation teams to implement manufacturing systems, support factory startups and technology transfers, and ensure automation capabilities are successfully deployed and adopted.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and integrate factory automation solutions, MES capabilities, and digital manufacturing systems.
- Support factory startup, manufacturing ramps, and product/process technology transfers.
- Partner with factory stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of automation capabilities.
- Conduct deployment readiness, validation, testing, and post-implementation support activities.
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve solutions.
- Support operational excellence initiatives focused on quality, throughput, cycle time, and productivity.
