Job Title: Site Director
Status: Full Time
Classification: Exempt
Location: In Person, Nation’s Finest Site
Reports To: Residential Services Director or Supportive Services Director
Salary Range: $75,000 to $110,000 (depends on location and qualifications)

The Site Director is a management-level supervisory position with full responsibility for personnel, contracts compliance, site budget and all program activities at the Nation’s Finest site location assigned. This person directly oversees and is accountable for the success of quality of services to Nation’s Finest clients at the assigned location. The Site Director reports to the Residential Services Director or Supportive Services Director in their upline.
