This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
About the Role This role is part of Blue Origin Operations — which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance — supporting Manufacturing and Supply Chain across all Blue Origin facilities. You will sit on the software team within Operations that builds tools in direct support of our Manufacturing Engineers. We are returning humankind to the Moon, and Blue Origin's Manufacturing Engineers build the hardware that gets us there. On our small AI Solutions team, you will own the backend and data layer behind the tools a 100+ person Manufacturing Engineering organization depends on. Several enterprise systems describe the same products from different angles, and they do not always agree. Your work turns that into one trusted picture of the product: the data models, integrations, and APIs our applications and AI features are built on. This is a systems-design role at its core, and the best engineers here also make a point of understanding the people they build for, so you will spend time on the floor with Manufacturing Engineers to learn the work before building for it.
