Die Sort is an innovative, first-in-industry test process, offering a critical opportunity to directly contribute to Intel's global Foundry and Advanced Packaging success while fostering innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing.
We are seeking a Sort/Test Module Engineering Manager to join our leadership team in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In this role, you will manage a high-caliber group of Process and Equipment Engineers, holding direct responsibility for daily tactical execution, strategic development, and team performance. You will lead your engineering module in transferring new technologies to the factory, troubleshooting complex integrated tool issues, maintaining Copy Exactly standards, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and high-performing manufacturing environment.
