Define new DC/DC power ICs and modules from the ground up, working alongside design, FAE, and marketing teams on topology research and customer-facing debug.
Job Description: Define DC/DC power conversion ICs & modules, research on new topology, new power technology, application test & issue debug for power ICs, and technique support for end customers
Responsibilities:
- Work with design engineer, FAE and marketing engineer to define new ICs
- New product function validation and issue debug
- IC datasheet creating, demo board design
- Technique support, problem solving for FAE or end customer
Qualifications:
- Ph.D degree in EE or Power Electronics
- 1~3 years’ experience in power electronics, analog circuitry, digital circuitry etc.
- Capable to debug and analyze hardware circuitry issues; can use basic equipment like scope, DC supply, PCB soldering.
- Good communication skills, and team worker
- Good English Speaking and Writing skill
- SPMS, power supply, MCU, GaN experience are preferred
