Sr. Financial Analyst

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

This role sits in Blue Origin's Central FP&A team and provides centralized support across our business units, functions, and locations. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner directly with your Business Unit CFO to own the financial plan for the business – from budget and forecast through execution and results – while standardizing and automating how that work gets done so insight scales across the company. You'll partner directly with business unit and functional leaders, translate financial results into clear decisions for Corporate and Executive Leadership, and leverage AI tooling to build forecasting and reporting approaches as innovative as our rockets.

Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Forecasting

• Own the annual budget and recurring forecast cycle for your business unit, driving cross-functional alignment on assumptions, timelines, and outputs.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models, refreshing with latest actuals and business inputs·
• Own the forecast-over-forecast bridge each cycle, driving accountability for forecast accuracy and clearly articulating what changed in the outlook and why
