Sr. Inventory Specialist, Supply Chain

Lead global inventory operations across semiconductor manufacturing, 3PLs, and contract manufacturers with SAP expertise and 99%+ accuracy accountability.
The Sr. Inventory Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end visibility, accuracy, and control of all company-owned inventory across multiple global locations. This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, outsourced operations, and ERP-driven inventory control. You will partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure material availability, minimize variances, and maintain world-class data integrity.
This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.
- Bring 5+ years of inventory management experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Confident working in SAP S4 HANA (or similar ERP systems) with deep knowledge of inventory modules.
- Known for precision, analytical thinking, and effective collaboration across diverse teams and partners.
- Experience working for manufacturing company including 3PL operations, contract manufacturing & inventory consignment
- Someone who can maintain accurate inventory records in SAP S4 HANA, achieving 99%+ accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance resolution.
- To monitor, audit, and reconcile material movements between labs, 3PLs, OSATs, and contract manufacturers.
- Oversee processes for shipments, transfers, receipts and returns with external partners, ensuring timely ERP updates.
- Comfortability supporting prototypes, engineering samples, and NPI activities with reliable material availability.
- Uphold compliance with internal controls, audits, and regulatory requirements while driving process improvements.
- To gain deeper exposure to end-to-end semiconductor manufacturing and global inventory operations.
- To partner closely with engineering, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing leaders to optimize material flow.
- Best practices for integrating ERP systems with outsourced operations and partner networks.
- How to contribute to building scalable, world-class inventory processes in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
