Sr. Manager, Legal Operations

Build the legal operations engine for a semiconductor and AI infrastructure leader, owning the CLM, AI-enabled tools, and KPIs that let a lean legal team operate like a much larger one.
Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, and our Legal team supports that work at every turn: commercial deals, global partnerships, financings and IP. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to build the engine behind it. You will own the tools, workflows and data that let a lean legal team operate like a much larger one, so our attorneys can focus on the judgment calls that matter most. This is a builder's role with real room to shape how Legal works as we grow.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Boston, MA or Toronto, ON.
- Legal Ops Builder: 8+ years in legal operations and contract management, with a track record of legal process implementation, including moving teams onto (and off of) legal tools and workflow platforms while iterating.
- Contracts Pro: Hands-on experience with commercial agreements of all types, including NDAs, MSAs and amendments, plus the templates and playbooks that keep them consistent.
- Data-Driven Operator: Comfortable building KPIs, and overseeing legal vendors and outside counsel bills.
- Document Expert: Seasoned in legal holds, collection and production of documents and in gathering and cataloging materials for litigation, M&A and investor diligence.
- Ways to stand out: Experience with AI-enabled legal tools with a background in semiconductor.
- Modernize Our Legal Tech Stack: Lead the selection, migration and ongoing improvement of CLM, workflow and AI-enabled tools, automating manual tasks to speed up turnaround times. (ie. ContractPodAI/Leah, Claude, Gemini, Glean)
- Run the Contract Engine: Drive process review and administration of commercial agreements, with full visibility into renewals, expirations and key milestones.
- Measure What Matters: Develop and track KPIs for legal efficiency, and refine Legal’s processes as the team scales.
- NDA’s: Ability to negotiate, redline, and close NDA’s.
- Be Diligence Ready: Own our document repository and pull together materials for litigation, M&A and investor requests on short notice.
- How to build and scale legal operations within a high-growth semiconductor and AI technology company.
- How to operate in a fast-scaling tech company, which turns legal operations into a competitive advantage.
- Hands-on experience shaping AI-enabled legal workflows at a company that builds AI infrastructure.
- How legal teams partner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, IT, People, Engineering, and Operations across a global organization.
