IonQ · College Park, MD · Posted 15 days ago
"Own IonQ's NetSuite ecosystem as the company scales, leading ERP migrations for acquired entities and consolidating finance systems across government, commercial, and international businesses."
Location: Ideally College Park, MD, but open to other areas in the US (Denver, CO, Bothell, WA, remote) Travel: Up to 15%, domestic (within the U.S.). Job ID: 1966
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Administrator to evolve and scale IonQ's NetSuite ecosystem as the company scales. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and IT — and requires someone who can think strategically about systems architecture while staying hands-on with the configuration, administration, and cross-functional delivery that keeps everything running. Additionally, the role will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting other Finance-related systems (expense, travel, procurement, tax, etc.)
You will be part of a team to manage IonQ's primary NetSuite instance, support the consolidation of additional ERP systems, and serve as a key partner to stakeholders across the business. The environment is fast-moving and complex: multiple revenue streams, manufacturing operations, government contracts, and the controls infrastructure required of a NYSE-listed company.
