We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, execution, and leadership. This is not a project coordinator role. It's an opportunity for an experienced execution leader to become a trusted partner to Business Unit and Engineering leadership, helping our teams bring innovative semiconductor products from concept to production with greater speed, transparency, and predictability.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the execution of complex semiconductor product development projects across multiple functions and geographies.
You'll serve as the organization's independent view of execution, partnering closely with Business Unit leaders, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Applications, Packaging, and Test teams to ensure projects stay aligned, risks are surfaced early, decisions happen quickly, and commitments are met.
This role is built around a clear operating model:
- Business Unit Leaders own product strategy, portfolio priorities, and business outcomes.
- Functional Leaders own technical solutions and execution within their teams.
- You own integrated project execution, cross-functional alignment, schedule predictability, dependency management, and delivery transparency.
