Our portfolio spans connectivity within data centers, across campuses, and between data centers—including PAM4 optical digital signal processors (DSPs), coherent-lite DSPs, co-packaged optical engines, and data center interconnect (DCI) optical modules.
Join a team working at the intersection of silicon photonics, advanced semiconductor design, packaging, and system integration. Here, you will help turn complex engineering innovations into production-ready solutions that enable cloud and AI infrastructure to scale. What You Can Expect As a Sr. Staff Hardware Engineer – Program Manager, you will own the execution of complex hardware optical programs from initial planning through qualification, customer sampling, and production ramp. This is not management for a single chip development; you will manage multiple concurrent hardware development lines all culminating into a single module product. You will connect technical ambition with disciplined delivery, aligning engineering and business teams around a clear path to successful hardware product introduction.
