Sr. Total Rewards Analyst

Job Description: The Sr Total Rewards Analyst is a specialized individual contributor embedded within the Global HR Operations function, serving as the subject matter expert across Total Rewards, Compensation, and Global Benefits. This role sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and employee-facing service — responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and delivery of compensation and benefits programs that directly impact every employee’s financial wellbeing and lived experience at the company.

The Sr Total Rewards Analyst is not a transactional role. It requires someone who can think in systems, navigate complexity with confidence, manage sensitive data with discretion, and communicate nuanced topics — from equity vesting schedules to self-funded claims escalations — in plain, accessible language to employees at all levels. This person is a trusted partner to HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and external vendors alike, and is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, intellectual curiosity, and professional judgment.
