Lead a high-performing TA function that enables market-aligned hiring, advances business outcomes, strengthens employer branding, and delivers an exceptional, consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Strategic talent advisor to business & People leaders
- Sub-regional talent market intelligence & strategic workforce planning
- TA capacity, delivery & candidate experience leadership
- Sourcing strategy, talent pipeline & channel optimization
- Process excellence, compliance & TA transformation
- Team leadership, cross-functional collaboration & regional/global initiatives
Requirements:
- Solid Talent Acquisition experience in a complex, matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic talent advisory capabilities.
- Proven people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Strong knowledge of talent markets, sourcing and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to drive process improvement, transformation and change.
- Strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
