The Supervisor of Sub-Assembly (Insourcing) is responsible for establishing and leading sub-assembly operations supporting both new aerospace program launches and sustaining production. This role ensures full compliance with aerospace quality standards, strict configuration control, and efficient execution of production activities while meeting safety, delivery, and cost objectives. Skills Associate's degree in manufacturing or aerospace related preferred or 8 years HACI technical experience 8 yrs Other Job-Specific Skills Monitoring the manufacturing of detail parts, assemblies, and installations not limited to: Pylons, flight controls, and landing gear.
Experience in definition of assembly process for complex aerostructures both Composite and Metallic.
Experience in aerospace structure fabrication and assembly. Have a knowledge of chemical and physical processing of metallic and composite parts including heat treating, priming, painting, anodizing, NDT, etc.
