Own the avionics functional test matrices and build AI-assisted tooling that turns test data into verification evidence for Blue Origin's MK1 lunar lander.
This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

As part of a diverse and hardworking team of engineers, you will own vehicle design products and define avionics-focused integrated vehicle functional test scope for the MK1 lunar lander system. You will own the vehicle functional test matrices that connect avionics requirements to the tests that verify them, defining objectives and providing traceability to requirements at the integrated vehicle level. You will own vehicle requirements, design parameters, and design products for your scope areas. You will also develop tooling, including AI-assisted tooling, that automates test and analysis results into defensible verification evidence reports. Your work will play a key role in verification and certification of the spacecraft and mission success.
