Taproom Operations Lead

The Operations Lead is responsible overseeing the daily operations of our Taproom, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Taproom operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding our brand standards. The Operations Lead will report to the Taproom Manager and regularly collaborate with the rest of the Hospitality Leadership Team. The ideal candidate: Embodies the company’s core values: be the finest, keep it authentic, take good care, focus on community and have fun Operates in alignment with, and pursuit of, Lawson’s Finest mission and vision Upholds B Corp ethos and general principles in business operations and interpersonal connections Has a passion for and a keen sense of the craft beer industry, its fan culture and their expectations Has supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and employs strong leadership skills Is a strategic thinker and is proactive in identifying issues and solving challenges Is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has strong follow through with tasks Displays solid time management, discerning prioritization skills, and is self-motivated Possesses excellent communication skills, is honest, and hard-working Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Taproom, including regular procedures (e.g., opening/closing, draught line cleaning, etc.), ensuring creation of, and adherence to, SOPs Design and execute a welcoming and memorable experience for all patrons, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction Manage Taproom staff scheduling, timesheet review and approvals, and overall performance Supervise and motivate Taproom staff while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring quality standards are met Provide timely and effective feedback for all Taproom staff as needed Oversee inventory management, including ordering, shipping, stocking, and monitoring levels of beverages, glassware, and merchandise Maintain compliance with…
