As Team Lead for Electrical Engineering, you will lead and develop a talented team working on state-of-the-art DUV light source systems while helping strengthen EDEV’s technical capabilities and future. This people manager role, similar in scope to a Group Lead, is responsible for talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement, while fostering a collaborative culture of ownership and execution excellence. You will also provide technical and organizational leadership to cross-disciplinary teams designing, testing, analyzing, and integrating advanced electrical and electromechanical modules from concept and prototype through manufacturing. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop future technical leaders, strengthen engineering competencies, influence technical direction, and help shape the next generation of CLS DUV Light Source technology. The Team Lead reports to the Electrical Engineering (EDEV) Group Lead and serves as a key connection between people development, technical leadership, and business execution , providing the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the engineering organization and the products it delivers.
