Technical Program Manager

THE ROLE: We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Marketing Technology. This leader will connect marketing priorities with technical execution across teams, platforms, data, and processes. The role will establish the operating mechanisms, decision-making practices, and delivery discipline needed to move complex programs from definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
THE PERSON: You are an experienced technical program leader who can move comfortably between business priorities and technical detail. You bring structure to complex and ambiguous initiatives, align teams with different priorities and dependencies, and identify risks early enough to drive effective decisions. You understand software and product development well enough to work credibly with engineering teams while representing the program across Marketing, Product, Creative, Data, Analytics, IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, and external partners. You exercise independent judgment, influence without direct authority, and bring the technical curiosity needed to work effectively in an environment increasingly shaped by AI and automation.
