Technical Program Manager, Partner Integrations

Lead end-to-end partner integration launches and build the reusable API platform that will extend Flex from one product into a broad financial services platform, including rent payments.

Flex is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead partner integration programs from scoping through launch and ongoing performance. Own delivery across Engineering, Business Development, and external partners, ensuring intgrations launch on time and remain reliable afterward. This is a high impact position offering the chance to shape the foundational technology that will drive Flex’s transformation from a single-product solution to a broad financial services platform.
Run launches end to end
- Launch management: Own the launch plan: timeline, milestone tracker, technical and GTM project management, and escalations when dates slip.
- Experience: Document UI/UX in Figma (placement, partner-surface screens, Embed onboarding) and verify the experience launches correctly and stays correct.
- Technical design: Drive technical design decisions and troubleshooting during the build, alongside the Engineering Lead who owns the build.
- Pilot partners: Be the day-to-day contact for pilot partners and keep them responsive.
