Keep semiconductor back grinding tools running by owning setup, qualification, and preventive maintenance in a cleanroom.
Job Description 1. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, compliance with cleanroom protocols, contamination control requirements, and ESD procedures. 2. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with the team. 3. Strong team member, able to work closely with the cross functional team . 4. Perform consumables change ,equipment setup, qualification, and buy-off activities after maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or engineering changes. 5. Operate and troubleshoot semiconductor back grinding manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are achieved. 6. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on back grinding department machines. Diagnose mechanical, electrical and pneumatic issues during PM or breakdowns. 7. Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost 8. Complete all required reporting and documentation 9.
