Conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments for all TechOps projects. Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks. Communicate project financial status and progress to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and manage project financial risks and issues, implementing corrective measures as needed. Develop and implement financial controls and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management and finance. Train and mentor project team members on financial management and project budgeting.
